Speakers and Bios:

Lauren Jackson - Sr. Manager, PS Enablement, Vonage

Lauren Jackson joined Vonage in 2013 as a Project Implementation Manager focusing on Enterprise solutions. She transitioned into a management role within Professional Services, leading a team of senior project managers installing complex UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. In 2019, Ms. Jackson shifted focus to a new role prioritizing Channel engagement within the Customer Success organization at Vonage.

In her position as Senior Manager, PS Enablement, Ms. Jackson leads a team whose goals are to enhance the partner and customer onboarding experiences to ensure streamlined communication and a successful partnership between the Channel and all supporting departments within Vonage. She is based in the Washington, DC, metro area.

Yalda Moslehian - Director of Solutions Engineering

Yalda Moslehian joined Vonage in 2015 as a Project Implementation Manager. She supported Enterprise Accounts such as WeWork, Realogy, and GateHouse Media. She then transitioned into a more technical role within Professional Services as a Technical Trainer and Solutions Support Engineer. Hosting over 500 custom webinars and 50+ onsite requests.

In her current role as a Client Partner and Technical Program Manager, she supports pre-sales and sales teams to determine the scope, estimate costs, and present implementation processes and service-level packaging to potential corporate customers.

Relationship building, client communications, product launches, and technical program/project management skills are her superpowers. In 2020, she launched a new service-level packaging program (SLP) that increased professional services revenue exponentially, despite the economic uncertainties of the global pandemic. SLP sales remain strong.

Her credentials include a BA in Communications from George Mason University and 8 years of experience in technical training, client-facing, and strategic communications roles.
