John is our Principal Contact Center Sales Engineer and brings over 35 years of relevant contact center experience to our sales team. In addition to his deep knowledge of the contact center space, John is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and a Salesforce Trailhead Ranger with 140 completed badges. John has been working with the VCC product for 4 years and recently joined our channel and alliances team to work with our largest master agents and partners on enablement and education initiatives.
